Teaching
Dr. Garnsey teaches the elementary accounting courses in the School of Business and upper level courses including Advanced Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. She also teaches courses in the Computer Science Department on business databases.

Dr. Garnsey's research and scholarship focuses on accounting language and the relationship between knowledge of language and the retrieval of information from text databases
