Albany Medical College Program in Science, Humanities and Medicine - Siena and Albany Medical College jointly accept up to 14 students directly out of high school into this eight-year continuum in education leading to the M.D. degree. Students in the top 10 percent of their class, with 1300 SAT, are eligible to apply. Other requirements include evidence of altruism (community service), leadership, communication skills and potential contributions to the Siena community. An applicant must indicate on the Siena College freshman application form that he/she is applying for the program. The finalists for the program are invited to campus for a formal interview early in the spring semester. Only high school seniors may apply for the program.
Albany Medical College, Center for Physician Assistant Studies - This is an early assurance program leading to a master's degree. Students apply at the end of the first semester of their junior year. They must have a 3.2 G.P.A. and have 1000 hours of healthcare experience by the time they enroll at CPAS.
Albany Medical College Early Assurance Program for Underrepresented Students - Siena has an articulation agreement with Albany Medical College for students historically underrepresented in medicine. Students may pursue any major but must maintain a 3.4 G.P.A. in the required pre-medical courses.
Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry (accelerated)- This is a seven-year program leading to the B.S. degree from Siena and the D.M.D. from Boston University. Siena College awards the B.S. degree upon successful completion of the first year in professional school.
Pennsylvania College of Optometry Program in Optometry (Accelerated) - Students are accepted to PCO at the beginning of their junior year and enroll at PCO after their third year of undergraduate education. They receive their B.S. degree in biology after successfully completing their first year at PCO.

SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (Early Assurance) - Students apply in their sophomore year and, if accepted, remain at Siena to complete their B.S. degree in biology.
SUNY Cobleskill and Upstate Medical University to train rural physicians - Students spend two years at SUNY Cobleskill, and complete their education at Siena College and at Upstate Medical University.
SUNY College of Optometry Joint Affiliation (Accelerated) - High school seniors apply directly to SUNY College of Optometry for this seven-year program leading to the Doctor of Optometry. Students must maintain a 3.2 G.P.A. Siena College awards the B.S. degree upon successful completion of the first year in professional school.
SUNY College of Optometry Early Assurance Program - This is an eight-year program designed to assure undergraduates an acceptance into the Doctor of Optometry program at the end of their second year.
Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine Affiliated Program (Accelerated) - This seven-year program leads to both the B.S. degree and the D.P.M. degree. After their first undergraduate year, students may be accepted to TUSPM.
Upstate Medical University (Early Assurance) - Students may apply to Upstate Medical University during the spring semester of their sophomore year. Successful applicants remain at Siena to receive their degree.
