September 2, 2013 - Residence halls open for returning students (9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.). September 17, 2013 - Deadline to change your meal plan for the fall semester. September 17, 2013 - Campus wide room freeze ends. October 18, 2013 - President's holiday (all halls remain open). November 8, 2013 - Vacation housing requests for Thanksgiving holiday break due (submitted online). November 27, 2013 - All residence halls and townhouses close for Thanksgiving break at 9:00 a.m. December 1, 2013 - All residence halls and townhouses open at 12:00 p.m. December 6, 2013 - Vacation housing requests for semester break due (submitted online). December 9, 2013 - Last day of classes for the fall semester/ 24-hour Quiet Hours begin for all residential areas. December 11 - 16, 2013 - Final Exam Period. December 17, 2013 - All residence halls and townhouses close for the semester break at 9:00 a.m. January 3, 2014 - Some residence halls and townhouses limited opening only for approved early arrival students. January 20, 2014 - Residence halls and townhouses open at 10:00 a.m. for the spring semester. February 4, 2014 - Deadline to change your meal plan for the spring semester. February 4, 2014 - Campus wide room freeze ends. February 21, 2014 - Vacation housing requests for Spring Break due (submitted online). March 8, 2014 - All residence halls and townhouses close for Spring Break - 9:00 a.m. March 8 – 16, 2014 – Spring Break March 16, 2014 - Residence halls and townhouses open at 12:00 p.m. May 5, 2014 - Last day of classes for the Spring semester/ 24-hour Quiet Hours begin for all residential areas. May 7 - 12, 2014 - Final Exam Period. May 13, 2014 - Residence halls and townhouses close for all non-graduating students at 9:00 a.m. May 13-17, 2014 - Senior Week Activities May 18, 2014 - Commencement; Halls and townhouses close for graduating seniors (5:00 p.m.) TBD - Move in for students taking summer session I courses TBD - Summer housing move-in occurs for all other approved summer residents.
Fall 2013 move-in for first year students is Thursday, August 29, 2013. Move-in for upperclass students is Monday, September 2, 2013.
