Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support in the use of technology to students, faculty, staff and administrators at Siena College.
ITS is preparing its operational plan for the next year. To make sure that our plans are in alignment with your needs and desires, we are asking you to complete a short survey and provide your input on where we should concentrate our resources, where we are succeeding, and where we are not. This will only take a few minutes of your time and will help to ensure that we are assigning resources to best meet your needs.
Password Reset Information
Information Technology Services (ITS) has implemented a password management system - known as the Password Reset Portal - which will allow users to reset their own password when they have forgotten it. Before the Password Reset Portal can be utilized, users must register at the Portal. Instructions for registering at the Portal as well as resetting a password may be found below.

5/17/2013 VMware View Upgrade Success
VMware View has been successfully upgraded over the last three days. The new version brings with it enhanced security, improved performance, and PCoIP capability which opens access to browsers and mobile devices (including iPod's, iPad's, and Android devices).
