Planning Information Sheets

Throughout the planning stages of your conference, copies of all documents, along with group-specific return dates, are e-mailed to all planners.  To best serve each group, it is essential that completed Planning Sheets are returned to the Office of Conference & Event Services by the requested due dates. Information Sheets are significant communication pieces intended to help plan for your stay on our campus and keep us informed of all of the details for each group’s arrangements.

Please feel free to print additional copies for yourself or your staff using the links below. Thank you for helping us to serve you in the best way possible.
