Assistant Director of Admissions/Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment

The Admissions Office of Siena College is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Assistant Director of Admissions/Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with student recruitment or principles of sales; superior communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated success in organizing multitask projects; sensitivity to students from a variety of cultural and geographic backgrounds; and an ability to work independently. A bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required. The position is demanding. Extensive evening and weekend hours and travel are required.
