Outlook Address Book
Microsoft Outlook has a full-featured address book. This not only has e-mail addresses for all faculty, staff, and students, but it also contains information on phone numbers, office/dorm addresses, and other data.
To access the address book, click on the address book icon in Outlook.
The address book window is displayed (names and other information has been deliberately blurred for privacy).
Items listed in bold are mailing lists; other items are individual names. The blurred columns show the phone number, office/dorm address, and major (if a student).
If you double click on any of the names, you will get a list of properties, including things like Siena P.O. Box. Double clicking will also allow you to differentiate between accounts (for instance, some faculty and staff members have student user accounts, too).
If you double click on a mailing list, you will be able to see the names of the people on that list.
To jump to a particular name, type the first few letters where it says "Type Name."
Outlook Web Access
Web Access has a slightly different display:
In this case, you need to enter the person's name (first few letters will do) in order to display information in the lower pane.
