Siena College is currently recruiting for the part-time position (28 hours per week) of Contract Administrator. This position reports to the Director of Business Services and Procurement and is responsible for the review, preparation and finalization of contracts, competitive bids, sole source justifications and related documents.
Requirements include; Bachelor’s degree required and paralegal experience and/or previous contract administrator experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral language skills are essential, in addition to excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail and demonstrated negotiation skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as electronic database knowledge.
