Siena Italian Studies, Siena, Italy

Based at the International Center for Intercultural Exchange, Siena Italian Studies (SIS) employs a “gentle full-immersion'’ into Italian life for highly motivated beginners, intermediate and advanced Italian language students. Students have the opportunity to build Italian language skills and intercultural competence while completing relevant coursework to advance their academic degrees in a variety of disciplines. Outside the classroom, students may further immerse themselves in Italian life through a wide range of community service placements facilitated by SIS.
