Rooted in Siena College’s Catholic and Franciscan traditions, the MacDonnell Career and Internship Center’s mission is to support and nurture Saints throughout their journey. Initial funds raised have underwritten the purchase and maintenance of systems such as Handshake, which facilitates internship and job placement, and People Grove, used to develop a robust alumni mentoring program. By leveraging our ecosystem of partners and connections, we orchestrate a vast array of career services and experiential learning opportunities to create sought-after graduates who make a positive impact in their professions and communities. The MacDonnell Career and Internship Center has been integral in maintaining Siena’s reputation as the top college in New York for job placement.
