11/25/2013 Power failure
There was an unexpected power failure on 11/25/2013 at 11:27am. The duration of the outage exceeded our UPS power capacity and as such we had to start bringing athe data center down at 12:15pm. All systems should be back on-line. We monitor all services using automated tools which now tell us everything is normal, however automated tools sometimes miss things. If you notice any systems not operating properly, please notify us by emailing email@example.com or calling the helpdesk: x5000 for students, x6000 for faculty and staff.
