The deadline to submit proposals is November 10, 2023.
We invite submissions from faculty, students, activists and others committed to feminist struggle to present at the forthcoming conference. A range of works on topics of feminist interest—including those drawing from queer, trans, intersectional, transnational, and feminist disability studies perspectives—are welcome! In the spirit of International Women’s Day, we encourage proposals that illuminate historical and contemporary efforts to change the world, from everyday activities and micro-rebellions to collective forms of resistance and social movement organizing.
Inquires may be directed to the Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department (WGSS) at the University at Albany or to Prof. Rajani Bhatia (WGSS-CDFSC liaison).
